Absolutely, multiple Stratus XL controllers can be connected to the same device, allowing for local multiplayer.

Can I remap the buttons on the Stratus XL for Windows + Android?

Unfortunately, the Engine software does not allow for rebinding buttons. The customization allowed within the software is focused more on altering/personalizing the sensitivity of the sticks and triggers. However, you may still remap buttons within games and apps that allow it.
